Phil E. V. is the owner of a
television station. His ratings have been slipping and to his own dismay,
he must now hire outside of his usual realm of talent searching. He
decides to place an ad in the local newspaper and is contacted by two
new, young writers named Christian and Drew. These fresh minds are quickly
employed and given the task of hiring more writers to breathe fresh
air into a fledging, short-staffed media monstrosity. Inexperienced
and unsure, Drew and Christian pull the only resources they know. But,
will they be successful in creating a crew that can elevate the station
from its recent ratings lapse?

It's been weeks since the guys
have heard from Phil and passing the time has become quite the task.
They are all crashing at Drew's place and are running short on tolerance
of each other, especially Christian. In order to decide which of the
two will wake the grumpy morning Drewbie, Jared and Robby decide to
play a few games. Will they ever hear from Phil again?

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon,
there's nothing like choking on some smoke in a car in the garage. After
weeks of discouragement while waiting to hear from Phil, the guys decide
that their best option is to end it all. As they inhale the fumes, one
by one they take a moment to reminisce on their time together, as well
as other selective memories. It appears as if it is goodbye for the
television station's newest employees. Will Phil have to hire an entire
new staff?

|
It's the first day of work at
the new job for the crew. Phil is extremely upset that they squandered
the two weeks they'd been given to come up with ideas. So, he locks
them in the conference room until they produce. Will the time be well
spent on creating the best new show to hit the airwaves?

|
Jared feels threatened when
Phil becomes obsessed with Robby's turkey and cheese sandwiches, so
with some help from Christian, he decides to do something about it.
Meanwhile, the station's jewest

newest employee, Adam
tries his best to soothe Jared's pain. Will Jared and Robby's friendship
end over a sandwich?

After receiving a long awaited
acceptance letter to Bayside Art School, Drew must decide which is more
important: His friends and job at Phil Television or his dream education
as an art student. Christian is suffering from the dilemma of being
thrown into the role of being 'The Responsible One' and Drew's decision
is hanging him in the lurch. Meanwhile, Robby decides to call up some
of his boys, as Jared finds himself in the worst possible position of
the four. Will Drew leave his friends and Phil Television?

|
During a mandatory, monthly
staff meeting, the guys joke that Jared is overweight. This inspires
Jared to start drinking weight-loss milkshakes as Robby finds himself
in multiple misfortunate head injury situations. Someone is drawing
smiley faces on people and hitting people on the head. Will Jared, Robby
and Phil figure out who the culprit is?

|
There's a meeting in the conference
room at Noon. However, Phil has remodeled the entire office and the
guys don't know where he's relocated the conference room. As usual,
they take their time finding it and Phil gets pissed off enough to suspend
them all for three days. During their suspension, they go to the park
to kill the time and Jared wanders off. Will Jared find his way back
to Phil television?

During a lunchtime confrontation,
a bully steals Jared's girlfriend from him. The following day, the bully
shows up in the back alley of Phil Television's lot to taunt Jared even
further. Even though Jared doesn't like to fight, it becomes inevitable,
as he seeks help from the entire staff. Will Jared get his ass kicked
by the bully?

On the Tuesday after Memorial
Day, as the guys are contemplating what they will do with their 'holiday
money', Phil interrupts to let them know what their paid holidays will
be, from now on, "as of yesterday". They quickly realize that

letter to leave on his desk. Will Phil read the letter and fire them
all?

After several exhausting hours of exercise and techniques, Bledsoe turns

After an evening of Indian cuisine, Phil lies in bed
awaiting his next lucid dream, where he is the master and can make anything
happen. Little does he know, his sub conscience doesn't exactly agree
with him. Meanwhile, hours pass as the guys are at the office waiting
for him. They try to kill the time and they contemplate calling him
at home. Will Phil make it to work today?
